.another farewell.

there were actually 2 other farewell parties before this. one during Leo, and another one during Photography general meeting. those farewell thingy will be up much later, for some reasons =)

we had a small farewell party during pandu puteri today. haha i went there empty-handed as all the utensils at home have been used to cook pork and all. so yeah, not halal. but of course, we paid some money to those who cooked or brought food.

we had quite alot of food today. lol. eiffa cooked macaroni, mariam baked brownies, nazifa fried mee, and another 2 girls made jellies and fried tom yam mee hoon. pn deanna bought a few ready-made cakes, chocolate wafers and some light snacks also.

about 30 of us were present today and the food we had were more than enough! hrm, to be frank, girl guides isn't a society that i'll miss dearly. too much of work and responsibility as the president. dealing with some teachers can make life quite miserable sometimes.. and often, there's miscommunication between myself and teachers and also the other ajks..cynthia knows that very well though. it wasn't easy to plan activities and end up not getting enough support from others. but well, everything is over now! haha and i'm 100% free from the planning of activities and all! really glad that everything is finally over.

some of the girl guides. glad that quite alot turned up today =)

hahaha some of the food we had! =D these were the main dishes.

haha my lovely girl guides taking turns to get food =D
[i didnt intend to edit those 2 photos. but i had too much time in the morning coz there was some problem with my internet connection. so yeah, i edited photos to kill my time. =). ]

jivitha, eiffa, myself and nazifa. haha they're some of the most active form 4 girl guides.

eeleen and i :)

pn deanna and i =)

the always-so-lovely pn leong and i! =D

haha my ah lui 2!

i'm starting to miss things that i do during secondary school. it's not that i'm out of secondary school already, but just that i feel like i'm only constricted to studying now, as though i'm merely a student who goes to school just to attend classes and study. no more co-curricular activities, no more events to attend or projects to plan or participate in..i do like the feel that the burdens are now off my shoulders, but it feels incomplete, in some ways.

haha i guess the last event for the year is probably prefects annual dinner, which will be held on next friday. so yeah, another farewell post next week.
